One plan at $29 per user per month, taxes and fees included. Here's how billing works day to day.
The plan
DialRingo has one plan: $29 per user per month, every feature included, taxes and fees in the price. Each seat includes one phone number; additional numbers are $5/month each. Annual billing is $22 per user per month, paid yearly ($264 per seat), a 24% saving. Full details on the pricing page.
Cards and checkout
On the Billing page, Add card on file saves a card through Stripe — no charge is made when you save it. Then Subscribe starts the plan via Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details never touch DialRingo's servers.
What the page shows
- Plan and subscription — your per-seat rate, renewal date, and last payment, plus Cancel subscription and Switch to annual, save 24%.
- Cost breakdown — seats, additional numbers, and any add-ons as line items, with the total. Seats times $29, extra numbers times $5 — that's the whole bill.
Adding and removing seats
Inviting a team member adds a seat, prorated automatically; removing one credits the same way. Monthly plans cancel anytime with proration — see the fine print on the pricing page for the full cancellation and refund policy.
If a payment fails
Your account shows a banner and owners/admins are pointed to update the payment method. Update the card on the Billing page to restore service.
