Terms of service

What the final terms will cover

  • The service: a business VoIP phone system provided by DialRingo.
  • Billing: $29 per user per month (or $22 per user per month billed annually), additional numbers at $5 per month, and prepaid international calling, as described on the pricing page.
  • Cancellation and refunds: monthly plans cancel anytime with proration; annual plans refund unused months less a 10% processing fee; prepaid balances are refunded in full within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Fair use: unlimited US and Canada calling subject to a fair-use threshold of 2,000 minutes per user per month.
  • Acceptable use: no auto-dialer, call-center, or fraudulent traffic on the Starter plan; premium-rate destinations are blocked.
  • Price changes: 30 days of advance notice by email.
  • 911: the limitations of VoIP emergency calling, as disclosed on the 911 page.
