Off by default. Enable it per number, fund a prepaid balance, and set your own spending caps. Rates vary by destination; premium-rate destinations are blocked outright. Your base service never depends on the balance.

What fair use means
“Unlimited” US and Canada calling carries a fair-use threshold of 2,000 minutes per user per month, combined inbound and outbound, pooled across your team. A 5-person team has a 10,000-minute monthly allowance; a busy phone-heavy user typically consumes around 1,300. It is not a hard cap and there is no overage billing: if your usage runs consistently above it, we reach out and talk about an arrangement that fits your volume. Sustained call-center or auto-dialer traffic is not what this plan is for.
No free trial, on purpose
We do not offer a free trial. In its place: no long-term commitment on the monthly plan, prorated refunds if you cancel mid-cycle, a full refund of any remaining prepaid international balance, and free port-out. Try it for a month; leaving is cheap and easy by design.
Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly: cancel anytime; service continues through the cycle and mid-cycle cancellations are prorated.
- Annual: cancel anytime with a prorated refund of unused months, less a 10% processing fee.
- Prepaid international balance: refunded in full to your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
- Usage already incurred is non-refundable.
Payment
ACH and credit card are both supported, with no surcharge from us. Both billing options auto-renew. Adding or removing seats mid-cycle prorates automatically.
Price changes
Any price change comes with 30 days of advance notice by email, and annual customers keep their original rate through their full term. You can cancel before a change takes effect without penalty.
911
E911 service is included with no surcharge and activates once you register a physical service address. VoIP 911 has important limitations: read the full disclosure.
