Call forwarding and ring order
Decide where each number rings: your browser, an outside phone, or several teammates at once.
Forward a number to any phone
Open Numbers, select Configure on the number, and find the Forwarding section. Enter the destination in Forward calls to (for example your cell phone). Leave it blank for softphone-only.
Choose what the forwarded phone displays under Caller ID on forwarded calls: Show my DialRingo number (you know it's a business call) or Show the original caller's number (you know who's calling).
Ring the browser too
The Ring my browser softphone for this number checkbox works alongside forwarding — with both on, your browser and the forward target ring at the same time, and whoever answers first takes the call.
Ring several teammates at once
In the number's Seats with access section, every teammate with Ring inbound checked rings simultaneously when that number is called. This is the simplest shared-line setup: one main number, the whole team's browsers ringing.
Priority cascades (sequential ring order)
Numbers can also route through priority legs — try the first group, then fall through to a second group or backup number after a timeout. Your current cascade is shown read-only in the number's Call routing section; to set one up or change it, contact support@dialringo.com.
