Call scripts
Write your team's talk-tracks once and have them on-screen during every call.
Create a script
Open Scripts in the sidebar and select Add script. Give it a title, the script text your team reads on calls, optional tags, and a sort order that controls where it appears in the list.
Use scripts during calls
The browser softphone has a Scripts tab: search by title or text and expand a script to read it while you talk. No window juggling — the script and the call controls share the same panel.
Keep them current
Scripts are shared account-wide. Edit or delete them from the Scripts page and the whole team gets the update immediately.
