Contacts

A shared contact book: everyone on the team sees the same people, notes, and history.

Add and organize contacts

Open Contacts and select Add contact. Each contact has a name, company, phone number, email, tags, and notes. The search box matches name, company, number, or email.

Shared with your team

Contacts belong to the account, not to an individual — when anyone adds or edits a contact, the whole team sees it. Caller names from your contact book also show up in call history.

Click to call

Every contact row has a Call button that dials through the browser softphone. Contacts are also available inside the Phone panel's Contacts tab, so you can search and dial without leaving a call flow.

Notes

Expand a contact to add timestamped notes — who you talked to, what they wanted, what to do next. Notes live with the contact so any teammate picking up the thread has the context.
