Voicemail and AI transcription
Missed calls become voicemails with AI transcripts you can read at a glance, plus an email heads-up.
Turn voicemail on per number
In the number's settings, the Voicemail section has an Enable voicemail checkbox and a Ring timeout (5–60 seconds) that controls how long callers ring before voicemail picks up.
Your greeting
Record a greeting in the browser (up to two minutes) or upload an audio file (up to 5 MB). Without a custom greeting, callers hear the default system greeting.
The voicemail inbox
Open Calls and switch to the Voicemails tab. Each message shows the caller, when it arrived, its length, and which of your numbers it came in on, with Play and Delete controls. Deleted messages sit in the Deleted tab, where you can Restore them for up to 30 days before they are permanently removed.
AI transcription
Each voicemail is transcribed automatically and the transcript appears under the message, so you can read a voicemail in a meeting without playing it.
Email notifications
New voicemails also trigger an email to your account address. To send those alerts somewhere else — a shared inbox, for instance — set the Notification email override in Settings.
