Transferring calls

Move a live call to the right person in two clicks.

How to transfer

During a call, select Transfer in the Phone panel, enter the destination in Transfer to number, and select Send. The destination can be a teammate's DialRingo number or any outside phone number.

What the caller experiences

DialRingo performs a blind transfer: the caller is connected straight to the destination and your leg of the call ends. There is no announce-first (attended) transfer yet — if you need to brief the person receiving the call, message them before transferring.

Tip: for a “press 0 for the front desk” experience without a live transfer, map keys on the auto-attendant to forward to different numbers.
