Team members and roles
Every teammate is a seat with their own number and softphone; roles keep the right controls with the right people.
Invite a teammate
On the Team page (owners and admins only), enter the teammate's email, pick a role — Staff or Admin — and select Create invitation. This generates an invite link; copy it and send it to your teammate yourself (no email is sent automatically). They sign in with the invited email and accept to join.
Roles
- Owner — the account creator; full control.
- Admin — can invite and manage teammates, numbers, and billing.
- Staff — works the phones. For staff, owners and admins set per-number access: Answer, Call out, and Manage checkboxes per number.
From a member's row you can promote (Make admin), demote (Make staff), or Disable and Reactivate access. Pending invitations can be revoked before they're accepted.
Seats and billing
Each team member is a seat at $29/month, and each seat includes one phone number. Adding a member adds a seat to your subscription, prorated at the next billing cycle. Which numbers ring which teammates is set in each number's Seats with access section — see Call forwarding and ring order.
