Getting started

From a fresh signup to your first call, in about ten minutes.

1. Create your account

Go to app.dialringo.com/signup and enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters), then select Create account. We send a confirmation link to your email; open it and you land in your dashboard, signed in.

2. Add a payment method and subscribe

Open Billing in the sidebar. Select Add card on file to save a card — no charge is made when you save it — then Subscribe to start your plan through our secure Stripe checkout. The plan is $29 per user per month with every feature included; see pricing for details.

3. Get your number

Open Numbers and pick a path: Buy new to search available local or toll-free numbers by area code, or port in the number your customers already know. Each seat includes one number. See Phone numbers: buying and porting.

4. Make your first call

The Phone panel floats in the corner of your dashboard. Type a number and hit Call — your browser will ask for microphone access the first time. See Using the browser softphone.

Register your 911 address. 911 service requires a registered physical service address and has important VoIP limitations — read the 911 disclosure. There is no self-serve address form in the dashboard yet; email support@dialringo.com with the street address where each number will be used.

5. Invite your team

Open Team to invite teammates. Each team member is a seat with their own number and softphone. See Team members and roles.
